One,taking pulverized coal as an example, firstly, in order to ensure the efficiency of pulverization, clean pulverized coal inner seeds should be screened, and remember that the pulverized particle size must be less than 3mm, otherwise it is easy to affect the strength of briquette due to the particle size not meeting the requirements.
The coal types are mixed through the dry and wet mix and the coal type ratio, and then the clean pulverized coal inner seed coal is screened, and the pulverization efficiency is ensured. The particle size after pulverization is less than 3mm. Otherwise, the particle size will not meet the requirements, which will affect the coal. Stick strength
Second, in order to better ensure the strength of briquette, we should appropriately add the amount of humic acid solution according to the bonding properties of the raw materials, otherwise it is very easy to cause problems such as insufficient strength or low carbon fixed content due to improper amount of humic acid solution;
Third, after pulverizing and adding an appropriate amount of raw coal, it needs to be piled for up to 24 hours, so that the water and sodium humate solution have enough time to evenly infiltrate the raw coal particles to improve its bonding performance. After softening and increasing plasticity, this is an important part of improving the strength of coal rods;
Fourth, during the preparation of briquette, we can control the moisture of coal rods by the inverse proportion of the water content of the coal rods and the operating current of the briquette equipment. The moisture content is preferably controlled at 10%-20%.
