1. To improve the working performance of briquette briquetting machine, we should start from improving the ring reinforcement of the ball socket. When choosing other sizes of the ring ribs, they should be able to accommodate large mineral powder particles between them.
2. In order to further enhance the compressive strength of the mineral powder ball, the height of the ring reinforcement of the ordinary pillow ball socket must reach 3-5mm. Thickening the horizontal side flute or using a ball socket with ring ribs will form a thicker part with less wear on the horizontal side flute, thereby improving the performance of the sleeve and increasing the production efficiency of the briquette ball press.
3. The ball press must always check whether the conveyor position is normal during operation. When the conveyor position is not normal, the center bracket needs to be adjusted. If there is deviation, it must be corrected in time. Tighten the left side. If it is to the right, make the right side tighter until it is not too far.
4. The particle size of the material should be controlled at 30-40% for particles smaller than 1mm; particles with 1mm-2mm should be within the range of 30-40%; particles with larger particle size should be less than 3mm should be around 10%;
5. The moisture content of the material is controlled at 8-15%. (The amount of moisture has a greater impact on the ball formation, and more or less will be different. To ensure uniform moisture, special attention should be paid.)
6. The material must not contain iron blocks or other high-hardness block debris to avoid damage to the forming roller and shaft. The user department should install an iron removal device in the process configuration;
7. The amount of material supplied should be determined according to the situation of the ball. The amount of material supplied is subject to good strength. If the strength is too small, the strength is not good. It will affect the working efficiency of briquette briquetting machine.
8. The binders and other additives (such as desulfurizers) used in the materials are prepared by themselves according to the materials and the environment in which they are used.
