3. After feeding, let the grinder continue to run for 1 to 2 minutes, and then stop the machine after all the materials in the standby are crushed and discharged.
4. When cleaning the blockage in the crushing chamber, adjusting and replacing the hammers, screens and belts, the power must be cut off, and the machine can be stopped after the machine stops running to ensure safety.
5. Regularly check the hammer and flat teeth for cracks and wear. Regularly refuel the bearings.
6. In order to avoid dust explosion, the crushing work site should be spacious, ventilated, and equipped with reliable fire prevention facilities.
