1. First of all, the boring used by the ball press can not contain metal, so as not to damage the roller skin of the ball press;
2. The particle size of the material of the ball press should be between 90 mesh and 260 mesh, which is beneficial to the production of the ball press;
3. Before starting to use the ball press machine, let the ball press machine idling for a few weeks, wait until the speed of the ball press machine reaches normal, and then start feeding, so as not to feed the material at the beginning and cause insufficient speed, which may easily burn the motor or damage the bearings;
4. The amount of material supplied must meet the requirements, so as to prevent the ball from being unformed due to insufficient labor and materials or the ball produced by the ball press machine is not compact and easy to break up.
