3. When testing the ball press machine, first use the inching method to make the motor pulse rotation. If there is no other noise, it can be driven only when it runs normally. It is strictly forbidden to restart the truck, and the standby device can only be put into production after it is running normally.
4. When feeding materials to the ball press, ensure that the electric feeder feeds evenly, and adjust the electric feeder to the best effect according to the pressure of the warehouse. The pressure of the hydraulic station should be controlled to between 18-25MPa to ensure the strongest ball formation effect.
5. After the work of each shift, all the materials in the ball press silo should be used up, and no raw materials should be left behind to avoid starting with load in the future.
