1. Check whether the installation bolts and foundation bolts of each part of the host are tightened;
2.verify the lubricating oil quantity of the reducer, feeder and the lubricating device of each part of the main engine;
3. Check the tightness procedure of the V-belt;
4.approved hydraulic device oil pressure;
5. Turn the V-belt wheel by hand to check that there is no foreign matter or abnormal shape in the pair of roller buckets and connected machines;
6. After the inspection is completed, start the ball press in the order of the hydraulic oil pump, the main engine, and the work material machine.
