3. Feeding can be started only after the ball press machine is running normally.
4. Under normal circumstances, the temperature rise of the bearing does not exceed 35℃, and the higher temperature does not exceed 70℃. If it exceeds 70℃, it should stop immediately, find out the cause and eliminate it.
5. The required working pressure of hydraulic oil pump system pressure adjustment (recommended working pressure: 140-180kgd/cm2) 14-18Mpa, the new equipment can be operated at a lower level.
6. The materials should be evenly added into the equipment, and side feeding or full filling should be avoided to prevent unilateral overload or overload.
7. Pay attention to the ammeter on the control cabinet and adjust it according to the load and ball formation.
8. During the production process, if the machine stops due to material blockage in the crushing chamber, the motor should be turned off immediately, and the material must be removed before restarting.
9. The feeding work should be stopped before the machine is stopped, and the motor can be turned off after the material in the ball press is completely discharged.
