1. Adjustment of radial misalignment of ball socket
Under normal circumstances, if the Briquetting Machine has a radial misalignment of the ball socket, it can be adjusted by the ball groove radial alignment device. The long waist hole of the coupling is mainly used to achieve the fine adjustment of the ball socket position by adjusting the screw. The ball press machine uses a long shaft drum gear coupling for its matching coupling, which has a large adjustable angle while keeping the equipment running smoothly.
2. Adjustment of the axial misalignment of the ball and socket
The axial misalignment of the ball socket can be achieved by twisting the adjustment screw on the lower beam to make the eccentric shaft make a slight rotation, so that the adjustment block on it drives the bearing seat to translate, thereby forcing the roller sleeve to move axially to achieve the ball groove alignment. Purpose, at the same time, as long as the displacement of the adjustment block does not exceed the range, the ball socket can be adjusted steplessly.
