2. There are impurities in the material in large size. Solution: Before feeding materials into the briquette machine, check whether there are large particles in the material and clean it up in time.
3. The ball socket of the roller sheet of the briquette machine is too rough. In addition to material problems, the ball socket of the roller is also an aspect that needs attention. Under normal circumstances, if the ball socket are smooth enough, they will not cause blockage. However, if the surface of the ball socket is too rough or burrs appear, it is easy to cause the material to adhere to the roller sheet. When the material is accumulated for a long time, the phenomenon of material blocking will occur.
Solution: If burrs appear on the surface of the roller sheet, try polishing. If there are too many burrs, you can replace the roller sheet.
